Sage Hanna Betts is an artist who lives and breathes creativity. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from Montana State University and a minor in Photography, she has built a strong foundation in both traditional and digital arts. Her time studying Graphic Design at NC State’s College of Design further deepened her love for visual composition and design.

Over the years, Sage has worn many creative hats as a Commissioned Artist, Graphic Designer, Photoshop and InDesign Specialist, each one shaping her unique artistic voice. Now, as the Gallery Coordinator at the Center for Visual Artists in Greensboro, NC, she channels her passion into curating and installing exhibitions that connect local artists with their communities, while offering professional development to emerging artists.

Sage believes art is a valuable experience between the artist and viewer, dedicating her work to help other creatives find confidence and joy in their artistic journeys. With an eye for detail and a heart for collaboration, she continues to build spaces where creativity can thrive in our local galleries.

"There has never been a more important time for artists to inspire  and remind us that true creativity still exists our own hands."- Sage

WORDS TO LIVE BY:

Believe in something and own it. There is nothing more beautiful.

Be creative in everything you do.

Believe in caring for our world. Nature is a gift from God and he gave us everything we need here.

Follow your dreams and do what you love. Your passion is what people really remember about you.

Goodness is contagious. Do good.
